Holiday parties
A cocktail set while people arrive, a short program with the leadership welcome and awards, then a dance floor that works for a mixed-age crowd. The photo booth earns its keep here.
Holiday parties, launches, galas and offsites need someone who can run a program on the mic, keep presenters audible and still get a room full of coworkers dancing. We bring the sound, the host and, if you want it, a photo booth with your logo on the strip.
Each one gets a different mix of hosting, music and production. Tell us which it is and we'll quote the right shape.

Walk-up music for speakers, clean mic handoffs, playback for the sizzle reel, and a DJ who can hold a room at low volume for two hours of demos and mingling.
A host who reads names correctly, cues each award with music, keeps the program on the clock and hands off to the auctioneer or keynote without dead air.
Daytime sound for a winery lawn, park or campus courtyard, a host for the games and announcements, and a set that keeps energy up without drowning conversation.
You get one contact before the event and one crew on the day. Your venue only has to provide power.
Wireless handheld and lapel mics for speakers, a confidence check with each presenter, walk-up and walk-off music, and playback for video or slides through the PA.
Background sets for networking, a curated program playlist, and a dance set that reads the crowd. Explicit-free on request, and we honor a do-not-play list.
Unlimited sessions, prints on site, a strip designed with your logo and event name, prop kit and attendant. Great for recruiting events and client nights.
Uplighting in your brand colors through the venue, dance floor lighting for the party portion, and a clean DJ booth that photographs well in the recap.
Travel is included anywhere in the Bay Area. We load in about two hours before doors and coordinate with the venue's AV and security.
San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose hotel ballrooms, where we either bring the full system or tie into the house PA for a program that spans a general session and a party.
Peninsula and South Bay headquarters, cafeterias turned into party rooms, and courtyards for summer events. We work around badge access and loading docks.
SoMa, Dogpatch and Jack London Square spaces with great looks and no built-in sound. We size the PA to the room and light it so it photographs well.
Napa, Sonoma and Livermore offsites, Presidio lawns and park picnics. Power runs, weather plans and local music cutoffs are sorted on the planning call.
Need the event on Oahu for a company retreat? We travel; destination dates include one flat travel fee. See the Oahu page for how a destination date works.
Headcount, run time, the size of the program and whether you want the booth or lighting all move the number. Send the basics and you'll get a quote, usually within the hour. For reference, the wedding packages on the homepage show what each production level includes.
A signed agreement and retainer reserve the date; the balance is due 14 days before the event. Overtime is $250 per hour. We provide a certificate of insurance for the equipment, W-9 and any vendor onboarding forms your venue or finance team needs.
