Fremont wedding DJ and MC for Tri-City weddings, receptions and debuts

Fremont, Newark and Union City weddings are family affairs: big guest lists, traditions from more than one culture, and a reception that has to keep three generations happy. We run the money dance, the baraat entrance and the cotillion waltz as part of the program, and we bring sound sized for a packed banquet hall. Travel is included.

Fremont venues

Banquet halls, historic districts, gardens and backyards.

Fremont has fewer big-name venues than San Francisco and more halls, hotels and homes, which means more variety in what we set up.

Banquet halls and hotel ballrooms

Warm Springs, Newark and Union City halls and hotels that host 200 to 400 guests. Full PA scaled to the headcount, toast mics that reach the back tables, and a styled booth that looks right in a big room.

Mission San Jose and Niles

Historic venues, mission-district gardens and old-town Niles spaces with character and tighter floor plans. Compact, cleaner setups that fit the room without crowding the dance floor.

Farm, garden and park venues

Ardenwood-style farm grounds, garden venues and park pavilions with outdoor ceremonies and tented receptions. Ceremony sound outside, power runs planned, and a reception system under the tent.

Backyard weddings in the hills

Mission Hills and Niles Canyon homes with a tent and a dance floor. Neighbor-friendly volume, a firm end time and a compact rig that doesn't take over the yard.

Community and cultural centers

Gurdwaras' event halls, Filipino community centers, Afghan and Chinese banquet venues across the Tri-City area. The MC works with the family on the sequence and the correct names and titles.

Debuts, sweet 16s and milestone parties

Not just weddings: Fremont has a lot of debuts and big birthday celebrations. The 18 roses, 18 candles and cotillion program need an MC as much as a wedding does. Private events start at $650.

Travel across Fremont, Newark, Union City, Hayward and Milpitas is included. Big halls get a bigger sound system; send the guest count with your date and we'll size it.

Which package for Fremont

Signature+ for the reception, All-In when it spans days.

Fremont receptions almost always want the photo booth, so Signature+ is the usual pick: DJ, MC, ceremony sound and the booth with a custom strip. A wedding with a sangeet or a mehndi night, a separate church ceremony and a 300-guest reception is an All-In production. Debuts and parties start with the Private events package.

Fremont questions

What Tri-City couples and families ask.

Specific to Fremont weddings and debuts. The general questions (holding a date, payments, overtime, insurance) are answered in the homepage FAQ.

Can the MC run a Filipino money dance, 18 roses or a cotillion?

Yes. These programs have a sequence and the MC runs it: the roses and candles in order, the family names right, the waltz cued, and the money dance kept moving. We go through the full list on the planning call.

Our wedding mixes two cultures. How do you handle the music?

Send the must-plays from both sides and tell us which moments belong to which tradition. The set moves between them so both families get their part of the dance floor, and the MC cues each tradition with the right song.

Do you DJ debuts and birthday parties, or just weddings?

Both. Debuts, sweet 16s, anniversaries and big birthdays start at $650 for the DJ and sound, with MC, lights or the photo booth added on the call.

Our hall seats 350. Is that too big?

No. The sound system is scaled to the headcount and the room, and the MC's mic setup is chosen so the back tables hear every toast. Tell us the hall and the guest count when you check your date.
