Wedding DJ + MC · Napa

Napa wedding DJ and MC for winery, vineyard and barn weddings

Wine Country weddings have a rhythm of their own: a ceremony in the vines at golden hour, dinner on a terrace, dancing in a barn or under string lights, and a music cutoff that arrives earlier than city venues. We plan the night around all of it, and because Napa is one of the nine Bay Area counties, travel is included.

  • Wedding packages from $3,600
  • Bay Area travel included
  • MC included in every wedding package

Napa venues

Wineries, estates, barns and downtown Napa.

Each Wine Country venue type has its own power, weather and cutoff situation. Here's what changes in the setup.

Winery terraces and vineyard ceremonies

Ceremony in the rows or on a lawn facing the vines, cocktail hour on a terrace, dinner outdoors. Ceremony sound travels to the site, a separate speaker covers cocktails and the reception rig is set where the dancing will be. Wind through the valley late afternoon is planned for.

Barns and ranch venues

Converted barns in St. Helena, Calistoga and the Carneros side with wood walls and high rafters. Sound is tuned for the space and Luxe uplighting against the wood is the look couples ask for most.

Vineyard estates and private homes

Rented estates with the ceremony, dinner and dancing all on the grounds. Long power runs, a dance floor on a lawn or a pool deck, and a residential cutoff that's often strict.

Downtown Napa and Yountville

Hotels, restaurants and event rooms in town for receptions that move indoors after a winery ceremony. Standard indoor setup, later end times than the vineyards.

Sonoma Valley

Sonoma, Glen Ellen and Kenwood wineries and ranches across the hill, same travel-included price, same rhythm: outdoor ceremony, terrace dinner, dancing under lights until the cutoff.

Resort weddings

Full-service resorts in Calistoga, St. Helena and Napa with their own event teams and banquet docks. We coordinate load-in and the music cutoff with the resort directly.

Many Napa wineries and estates require amplified music to end by 10 PM. We build the timeline backward from that: tighter dinner and toasts, floor opened earlier, and the peak of the set before the cutoff, not after it.

Which package for Napa

Signature+ for the vineyard reception, Luxe for the barn.

Signature+ covers the ceremony in the vines, the terrace cocktail hour, the MC for dinner and the dance set, plus the photo booth under cover for guests between courses. In a barn, Luxe's uplighting and dance floor lighting are what make the wood glow after dark.

Napa questions

What Wine Country couples ask.

Specific to Napa and Sonoma weddings. The general questions (holding a date, payments, overtime, insurance) are answered in the homepage FAQ.

Is there a travel fee to Napa?

No. Napa and Sonoma are part of the nine-county Bay Area, so travel is included like any other Bay Area wedding.

Our winery says music ends at 10 PM. How do we still get a real dance floor?

By starting it earlier. We shorten the gaps, open the floor right after the first dances, and put the biggest hour of the set before the cutoff. Couples are surprised how full a 7:30 to 10 PM dance floor feels when it's planned that way.

Can you run sound for a ceremony in the vineyard rows?

Yes. Ceremony sound is self-contained and placed at the site, with the officiant and vows mic'd so guests in the back row hear them over the breeze.

The photo booth outdoors: does that work at a winery?

Under cover, yes: a barn opening, a covered terrace or a tent. Evening dew and direct sun are the two things we keep it away from, and we pick the spot with your venue on the planning call.
