Walnut Creek venues

Club ballrooms, foothill ranches and garden venues.

Contra Costa weddings tend to be venue-led and outdoor-first, with the reception moving inside after the sun drops behind Diablo.

Country clubs and golf course venues

Walnut Creek, Danville, Lafayette and Moraga clubs with a ceremony lawn, a terrace cocktail hour and a ballroom. Three spaces, three setups, all included. Load-in is usually via cart path or a side entrance we confirm with the club.

Mt. Diablo foothill estates and ranches

Private estates, barns and ranch venues in Danville, Alamo, Clayton and out toward Livermore. Outdoor dance floors, string lights, long power runs and a county noise cutoff to plan around.

Lamorinda gardens

Garden and park venues in Lafayette, Orinda and Moraga, often residential-adjacent with earlier end times. Compact sound aimed at the guests and a timeline that gets the dance floor its full hour before the cutoff.

Downtown Walnut Creek hotels and restaurants

Hotel ballrooms and restaurant buyouts near Broadway Plaza for 60 to 180 guests. Standard indoor setup, mics for toasts, uplighting for the evening portion.

Concord, Pleasant Hill and Martinez

Event centers, historic buildings and waterfront venues further north, same travel-included price. Larger rooms get a bigger system.

Pleasanton and Livermore wineries

Tri-Valley vineyard venues an easy drive down 680: outdoor ceremonies, barn or terrace receptions and a winery music cutoff we build the night around.

Summer afternoons in the Diablo Valley run hot. We keep the ceremony sound setup small and shaded, and plan a timeline where the dancing happens after the heat breaks.

Which package for Walnut Creek

Luxe for the ballroom, Signature+ for the rest.

Country club and hotel ballrooms are where Luxe makes the biggest difference: custom-color uplighting, dance floor lighting and a styled booth turn a neutral room into your evening. Garden, ranch and restaurant weddings usually book Signature+ for the DJ, MC, ceremony sound and the photo booth.

Walnut Creek questions

What Contra Costa couples ask.

Specific to weddings east of the tunnel. The general questions (holding a date, payments, overtime, insurance) are answered in the homepage FAQ.

Our ceremony, cocktails and reception are in three different spots at the club. Is that extra?

No. Ceremony sound, a cocktail-hour speaker and the reception system are all part of the package. Everything is set during the two-hour load-in so nothing moves while guests are present.

Is there a travel fee for Danville, Pleasanton or Livermore?

No. Travel is included anywhere in the Bay Area, which covers all of Contra Costa and the Tri-Valley.

Our estate venue only has one outlet near the house. Can you still run the reception?

Usually, with a plan. We map the power runs on the planning call and tell you if the venue needs a generator. Many ranch venues already have one for vendors.

How do you handle the county noise cutoff?

We build the timeline backward from it: dinner and toasts tighter, floor opened earlier, best hour of dancing before the cutoff, then a last dance right on time.
