Downtown and Midtown
Hotel ballrooms, historic buildings and event rooms a few blocks from the Capitol. Load-in runs through hotel docks and freight elevators, so timing is set with the banquet team; later end times than the outdoor venues.
Downtown hotel ballrooms, Midtown and Old Sacramento event rooms, ranch and barn venues out toward Elk Grove and Lincoln, and river estates in the Delta. You get the same packages as a Bay Area wedding, plus one flat travel fee quoted up front.
Each Sacramento venue type has its own power, weather and cutoff situation. Here's what changes in the setup.
Hotel ballrooms, historic buildings and event rooms a few blocks from the Capitol. Load-in runs through hotel docks and freight elevators, so timing is set with the banquet team; later end times than the outdoor venues.
Historic halls and riverside rooms with brick, wood and high ceilings that echo. The system is tuned for speech first so toasts carry, then opened up for the dance set.
Elk Grove, Wilton, Lincoln and Loomis venues with outdoor ceremonies, dinner under string lights and a barn or lawn dance floor. Long power runs, shade for the gear, and a cutoff agreed up front.
Clarksburg, Walnut Grove and Courtland sites along the river. Wind off the water late in the afternoon is planned for: speakers weighted and placed for it, and the officiant's mic set to handle gusts.
El Dorado Hills, Placerville and Amador County vineyards with a ceremony in the rows, dinner on a terrace and dancing until the cutoff. Same rhythm as Wine Country, with the heat built into the timeline.
Yolo County barns, gardens and university-area venues. Residential neighbors mean an earlier music cutoff and a quieter cocktail hour, with the party inside or under cover after dark.
Sacramento summers run hot. For outdoor ceremonies we plan a late-afternoon start with your planner, keep the gear shaded and covered, and move the peak of the dance set to after sundown when the venue allows it.
Signature+ covers the ceremony, cocktail hour, the MC for dinner and the dance set, plus the photo booth for guests between courses. In a hotel ballroom or a barn, Luxe's uplighting and dance floor lighting are what turn the room after dark.
A non-refundable retainer reserves your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Overtime is $250 per hour. Sacramento dates add one flat travel fee, quoted with your package before you sign. Hours, guest count and venue move the final number; the planning call pins it down.

Yes, one flat fee. Sacramento is outside the nine Bay Area counties, so it's quoted as a single number with your package once we know the date and venue. You see it before you sign, and it doesn't change afterward.
Yes. The whole Sacramento region, including Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties, is quoted the same way: the package plus one flat travel fee.
Gear stays shaded and covered, ceremony sound is set up and tested early, and we build the timeline with your planner so the ceremony starts late in the afternoon and the dancing peaks after sundown.
By starting it earlier. We shorten the gaps, open the floor right after the first dances, and put the biggest hour of the set before the cutoff.
