Santana Row and downtown hotels
Ballroom weddings with a dock, a banquet team and a timeline that has to hit the venue's dinner service. Full PA, toast mics and uplighting for the evening portion.
South Bay weddings run bigger: 200-guest receptions in hotel ballrooms and banquet halls, multicultural programs with a tea ceremony or a baraat before the reception, and garden estates in the foothills. We bring the sound for the room size and an MC who keeps a long program on time. Travel is included.
The South Bay has the biggest rooms in the Bay Area and some of the most varied programs. Each venue type below changes how we set up.
Ballroom weddings with a dock, a banquet team and a timeline that has to hit the venue's dinner service. Full PA, toast mics and uplighting for the evening portion.
Large Vietnamese, Filipino, Indian and Chinese weddings across San Jose, Milpitas and Santa Clara, often 250 guests and up with a long program: tea ceremony, multi-course dinner, games, money dance, cake. Sound sized for the headcount and an MC who runs the sequence.
Garden venues and country clubs with outdoor ceremonies, a patio cocktail hour and dinner under lights. Separate ceremony sound, a cocktail speaker outside and the reception system inside.
Wineries, estates and historic venues in the hills west of the city. Longer power runs, outdoor dance floors and, often, an earlier music cutoff set by the county or the neighbors.
Some couples marry where they work. Campus event spaces are big and well-equipped, with badge access and AV teams we coordinate with ahead of the day.
Evergreen, Berryessa and Almaden backyards with a tent, a dance floor and the neighbors next door. Compact sound, careful volume and a hard stop time built into the plan.
Travel across San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Campbell, Milpitas, Los Gatos and Saratoga is included. For receptions over 250 guests we scale the sound system to the room; tell us the headcount when you check your date.
South Bay receptions book Signature+ more than anything else: a long program needs an MC, and a 200-guest crowd loves a photo booth. Weddings that span a sangeet, a ceremony and a reception, or that need a DJ and MC team plus day-of coordination, fit All-In.
A non-refundable retainer reserves your date and the balance is due 14 days before the event. Overtime is $250 per hour. Hours, guest count and venue move the final number; the planning call pins it down.

Yes. The system is sized to the room and the headcount; large banquet halls get a bigger PA with additional subs so the back tables hear the toasts and the dance floor feels full. Send your guest count and venue with the inquiry.
That's the job. On the planning call we map every segment, the songs for each, who speaks and when, and family names, so the MC runs it start to finish without dead air.
Yes. Send the must-plays and the artists your family will expect, from OPM to Bollywood, Vietnamese ballads, Mandarin pop, cumbia or whatever your crowd grew up on. The set is built around your lists.
